HUMAN-TO-HUMAN: Freida McFadden

With as many twists and turns as her books...

J: Congratulations on your what, over 100 New York Times bestsellers already? More competition, yay. I hate you. No, but seriously, I hate you. No. No. It's really great. It's really, really, really, really fun.

F: Thank you so much. It's such an honor to be here and to to meet you virtually. So cool for me.

J: Where are you? Are you in Boston area?

F: Yeah. I'm right outside of Boston.

J: My family moved to Lexington when I was 18, so all my sisters grew up up there.

J: So your novels are filled with twists and turns or whatever. So here's the first twist. I'm not James Patterson. I don't know who I am. Memory loss. Like your novel Brain Damage. So, but we'll continue anyway. Yeah, tell me about the cringe factor.
